random elevators uncaring staff
The location was acceptable. It was close to many things (or so they say).
The elevators were something else. waiting for them was like an eternity, and they seemed to have minds of their own, opening on random floors. i also had an issue with housekeeping. They threw away leftovers i had waited in line for. i mentioned it to the front desk, but they didn't seem to care, offering no apology or compensation (seriously?).

a fantastic stay!
attentive staff fresh water convenient location
The staff was always available and attentive to my needs, providing assistance whenever required. fresh bottled water was provided daily, greatly appreciated after long days. the location proved perfect. I found myself within easy reach of several key attractions.
the street noise was occasionally noticeable, impacting the otherwise quiet atmosphere.

There are many restaurants and cafes just outside the hotel doors. It is easy to find diverse dining options. i noticed that many of these establishments have outdoor seating available during warmer months. several places remain open late. Grabbing a bite after a show is convenient.

The room was spacious and very clean. Housekeeping serviced it regularly. i could easily unpack two large suitcases without feeling cramped, a big plus. a tv and a closet are both available in the room.

The hotel is within walking distance of times square and the empire state building. It is easy to reach major landmarks. the location near a major subway stop is very convenient, it made navigating the area simple. penn station is nearby too.
